David is a Partner in the Lease Advisory team based in the London office, although has experience nationwide in retail and other sectors.

David specialises in negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears, together with rating appeals.  He previously worked for several leading property consultancies prior to joining Johnson Fellows in March 2019.
