JF property management team wins industrial estate instruction

This has put a spring in our step. We are excited to announce that we’ve won a major property management instruction at a large industrial estate in the West Midlands.

We’ll be handling service charge management at Spring Road Industrial Estate, Lanesfield Drive, Wolverhampton.

Johnson Fellows’ property management partner Ian Starbuck said: “We are thrilled to have been instructed by Nettledene Limited to operate the service charges at Spring Road Industrial Estate.

“The property extends to 31 units which were constructed in the early 1980’s and are owned on a long leasehold and freehold basis. Our role is to operate the service charge on behalf of the management company. The services relate to all communal parts of the estate and include landscaping, security, maintenance and repairs of roadways, communal drains, perimeter boundaries.

“It’s a big and exciting instruction for our team and adds to the existing portfolio of industrial properties that we manage, while further diversifying our management portfolio.”

He added: “Our team of surveyors has a huge amount of knowledge and experience of managing an extensive range of office, retail and industrial properties throughout the UK. Our client base includes a wide mix of landlords, property companies, pension funds, private investors and national multiple retailers. Spring Road is an excellent addition to our portfolio.”
