DOUBLE ESPRESSO FOR JOHNSON FELLOWS AS 2 NEW STARBUCKS OPEN

Two new Starbucks drive-thru outlets have just been launched with support from Johnson Fellows.

Retained client , Starbucks franchisee 1 Oak Ltd , has  just opened a drive-thru operation at the A38 near Barton-under-Needwood, Staffordshire, and another at Hough Retail Park, Stafford.

Having identified the potential opportunity for a drive-thru on the dominant bulky goods retail park in Stafford, JF commenced negotiations with the landlords  and agreed terms for a 1,800 sqft new build stand-alone building, situated between SCS and KFC.  The retail park contains other national operators such as Home Bargains, B&Q, Bensons For Beds & Argos with Pizza Hut and Travelodge nearby.

Iain Mills of the JF Retail Agency team attended the opening of the new Stafford drive-thru last week and added  ,”It  was most satisfying to attend the opening of this drive-thru which follows on swiftly from the opening of the new site located on the A38 at Branston for the same client.  We currently have various similar sites in solicitors hands and we would welcome speaking to franchisees or other operators seeking assistance in acquiring sites on a nationwide basis, as we have a strong track record and capability in this sector”
