OFFICE ACQUISITION IN BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE

Charles Warrack of the JF  Business Space team has just advised the British Dietetic Association an acquisition of new offices  at Interchange Place, Edmund St in Birmingham city centre.

A new lease has been taken on 4,800 sq ft within this prime Grade A office building.

JF’s Building Surveying team were also involved in providing comprehensive service to the client , advising regarding fit-out and project management.
