Johnson Fellows has strengthened its Manchester office with the appointment of a new associate partner.
Gillian Bamford joins the growing office of the national chartered surveyors in its professional department, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector.
Her specialist skills include lease renewals, rent reviews and lease re-gears.
Formerly associate director at CBRE, Gillian has worked with major clients including Scoop Am, British Airways, Manchester Airport plc and Lancaster University. She has also advised high street banks Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds and Santander.

Gillian graduated from King’s College, Cambridge University, with a BA Hons degree in Land Economy before becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Johnson Fellows has also strengthened its Birmingham office, with the appointment of graduate Rachel Holland, who will join its retail agency team. Rachel graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management.
