She will be working with building surveyor colleagues on a series of nationwide projects, undertaking project management, surveys, advising clients on restorations and refurbishments, and assessing buildings.

The first task for the surveyor, who attained a postgraduate diploma in building surveying from the University of the West of England, is to work on a series of refurbishment programmes for the Leonard Cheshire Disability charity.

“I’m really excited to be part of strong and growing company that has a varied portfolio and a reputation for excellence in its field,” said 23-year-old Nichola, a Krav Maga self-defence student who lives in Stratford-upon-Avon.

“Building surveying is where my ambition lies and being able to pursue a wide range of surveying work at Johnson Fellows will enable me to fulfil that.”

Welcoming Nichola to the team, Johnson Fellows partner Andrew Rowson said: “We are delighted to appoint Nichola to our busy building consultancy team, which is rapidly growing and serving a strong client base up and down the country.”

Nichola has now registered with RICS APC to become a building surveyor, which she hopes to complete in two years.
