Mark Fitzpatrick

Mark joined Johnson Fellows in 2020 having previously worked for CBRE, Avison Young and Burley Browne.

As a partner based in the Birmingham office, he works in the Business Space agency team – specialising in Industrial / Warehouse properties and development as well as offices ,and has over 30 years of experience across the West and East Midlands. Mark also is experienced with the retail sector and works alongside Chris Gaskell on various retail agency projects.

He acts for a variety of clients – investors, developers and occupiers – and has worked on both disposals and acquisitions across the Midlands for clients such as Hortons Estate, Trebor Developments, Prologis, ABB, Birmingham Specialities, as well as Staffordshire County Council and Birmingham City Council. He has also carried out expert witness work for Dudley Council.

Mark is a long term member of the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) and a current West Midlands committee member and ex-Chairman of the West Midlands  Branch, with over 25 years of committee membership under his belt.
