The units form part of a small industrial estate of single storey terraced units of brick and block construction. Each unit is served by a single roller shutter door and a pedestrian access into the space.

The units are available for occupation during normal business hours and the estate is secured at 10pm every night and units are not available for use outside normal business hours.
